SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 24 hours,
Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm.
Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next working day.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the UK. However, should you wish to pay the full international costs then please email shipping@kapowsauce.com to arrange.
RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, your item needs to have receipt of proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
